At MOCA Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MOCA Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box for faster processing.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
